A blade works because of how it is made
Unikem Materials Ltd is a bandsaw blade manufacturer and supplier. Tooth form, hardness control and weld quality decide how a blade performs in your machine, so those are the stages we control in house.

Who we are
Unikem Materials, a family-run business, manufactures Tungsten carbide bandsaw blades for metal/alloy cutting and supplies them to distributors, machine builders and production workshops worldwide.
We focus on one product family and do it properly: carbide-tipped bandsaw blades, supplied as finished welded loops or bulk coil, with the grade and tooth pitch matched to the material you actually cut.
We work directly with distributors, machine builders and production workshops. That means the technical conversation happens with the people who make the blades.
